All applications will be considered by the Board of Trustees on a quarterly basis.

Submission dates are as follows:

​

23rd January 2025, 24th April 2025, 24th July 2025 and 23rd October 2025.

​

Meetings will be held on 6th February 2025, 8th May 2025, 7th August 2025 and 6th November 2025.

​

Applicants will receive the application outcome in writing as soon as possible after the respective meeting date.
